His command includes Detectives, Auto Theft Task Force, Special Investigations Unit, and S.W.A.T. Captain Zenor began his law enforcement career in 1989 working for the Montgomery County Attorney's Office. In 1990, he was hired by Sheriff Joe Corley to work in the detentions facility and moved into patrol in 1992. Captain Zenor was promoted to the rank of detective in 1996. In 2000, he made Detective Sergeant and then Detective Lieutenant two years later. Captain Zenor's leadership involves giving the troops what they need and learning from them every day. He believes it is important to be a part of what they do and to support them. In 2008, Captain Zenor achieved a foremost goal to create a full-time S.W.A.T. unit. He also plans to achieve a complete analytical division to support the investigators and provide assistance to outside agencies.
